4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide proof of payment (transaction ID, order details).

  3. Clearly explain the issue and allow our team to troubleshoot.

  4. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

5. Trial & Testing Policy

  • We encourage new customers to request a free or paid trial before purchasing a long-term plan.

  • This ensures compatibility with your device and internet connection.

  • By purchasing a subscription without testing, you accept the no-refund limitation.
